How long will it take for my poster to arrive?
Since we use Print on Demand, your poster is not printed until you have placed your order. Please allow approximately 3-11 business days for delivery from the time of order.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes! As soon as your poster has left the print shop, we will send a delivery notification to your email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Why are my items being shipped in different packages?
If you have ordered different types of products, they may sometimes be printed at different facilities to ensure the highest quality. They will then be shipped separately, but you will, of course, only pay for shipping once.
How do I make a return?
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please email us at info@risingsignature.com.
For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition.
Always contact us before returning anything to get the correct return address!
My poster arrived damaged – what do I do?
We are very sorry! If the product is damaged upon delivery, we will fix it immediately.
Take a picture of both the damaged packaging and the damaged poster and email the pictures along with your order number to us, and we will send you a new poster free of charge.
